And I was thinking, we could keep all the countries open and only certain creatures could live in each? And that maybe...I don't think you'll like this idea, but maybe since there's so many creatures and that makes things so complicated, we could keep everyone half-human or something. Like in one country, wolf-humans, one mer-people, one, dragon-people, and one cat-people? They can all be in war, and the other creatures, like mystical creatures and obake can live in the outskirts of the countries and can be dangerous to all the half-humans, because they don't like the war. And as for fairies...they can only be played by high posters, and they're all loners because they are hunted down for their special skills?

Sounds good for a start, at least. I'd suggest it and let everyone have a look at it.
