| Ookami no SekaiIn a trecherous time, when tundras touch deserts, when forests grow out of the seas, and when mountains rise from the valleys, the humans have become extinct, andthe animals have adapted to survive. The wolves have adapted the most, gaining rule over the landand power over nature. The land has been split into 6 areas with five Packs ruling over them. The Northern Pack owns the tundra, the Eastern Pack owns the sea-forests, the Southern Pack owns the valley-mountains, the Western Pack owns the desert, the loners and the nomadic Fifth Pack own the Outlands, which stretch around all the territories, and the Middle Lands are owned only by the spirits of Moon Pack. Each wolf gains tails as they age and grow in status within their Packs, with the full nine tails signaling a leader.
